Description
Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 500 euros is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be invoiced separately and must be paid no later than 45 days before the start of the trip. If the booking is made less than 30 days before the start of the trip, the full amount will be invoiced immediately after the booking.
Insurance
Participants are responsible for arranging their own insurance. We recommend having personal accident insurance for leisure activities and insurance coverage for photography equipment.
Cancellation Policy
If the cancellation is made later than 45 days but no later than 30 days before the start of the trip, the deposit (500€) will be retained.
If the cancellation is made later than 30 days but no later than 14 days before the start of the trip, 50% of the total fee will be retained.
If the cancellation is made less than 14 days before the start of the trip, the full fee will be retained.
The organizer reserves the right to cancel the trip up to one month before the start date. In such cases, all payments will be fully refunded.
