Organizer
The sweepstakes is organized by Suomen Luontomatkailu Oy / Kuusamo Nature Photography, located in Kuusamo, Finland. Contact details: info@kuusamonaturephotography.fi

Eligibility
The sweepstakes is open to all individuals aged 18 or older. Employees of the organizer and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Sweepstakes schedule
The sweepstakes starts on January 20, 2025, and ends on April 30, 2025, Finnish time (UTC+2). The draw will be conducted by May 15, 2025.

Participation
Participation is free of charge and does not require a purchase. To participate, individuals must subscribe to the English-language newsletter between January 20, 2025, and April 30, 2025.

Prize
The winner will receive a €500 gift card, which can be used for Kuusamo Nature Photography services. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other compensation. The gift card is valid until December 31, 2026. The organizer will pay any lottery tax associated with the prize, in compliance with Finnish law.

Winner selection and notification
The winner will be randomly selected from all entries received by April 30, 2025. The winner will be contacted via email. If the winner cannot be reached within 7 days, the organizer reserves the right to select a new winner. The winner’s name may be published on the organizer’s website and social media channels.

Privacy
Participants’ data (first name, last name, and email address) will be processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Personal data will only be used for administering the sweepstakes and sending newsletters and will not be shared with third parties without the participant’s consent.

Limitation of liability
The organizer is not responsible for technical issues or incomplete reception of entry data, such as those caused by internet connection problems or technical system disruptions.

Availability of terms
The sweepstakes terms and conditions are available at https://kuusamonaturephotography.fi/en/portfolio/contest. By participating in the sweepstakes, the participant agrees to these terms.

Organizer’s rights
The organizer reserves the right to disqualify participants who attempt to manipulate the results of the sweepstakes.

Applicable law
The sweepstakes complies with Finnish law and regulations.

Winner announcement and right to decline
The draw will take place no later than May 15, 2025, and the winner will be notified personally via email. If the winner cannot be reached within 7 days, the organizer reserves the right to select a new winner. The winner also has the right to decline the prize.
